RETURN POLICY

Please see below for our guidelines and procedures if you wish to return your purchase.

• You may return most items within 30 days of the original purchase.

• All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition and free of pet hair and smoke. All original tags and accessories must still be attached.
  

RETURN PROCEDURE

1. Email Contact@metalbabemayhem.com with your order number, the problem with your order, and whether you are requesting a return for exchange or store credit.

3. Eligible return items will be inspected and processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return. Exchanges and store credit may be processed for the customer in this time. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent to the email on the original order.

• Returns are only accepted for size exchange or store credit.

• You are responsible for shipping of the return unless the product shipped to you was defective or incorrect.

• For defective/incorrect items that are returned, Metal Babe Mayhem will verify the product was defective or incorrect when we receive it.

• Please insure your items. We are not responsible for loss/damage in shipment.

• Authorized returns must be sent back within 5 business day of the return authorization to qualify for an exchange or store credit.

• If you are returning for a reason other than a size exchange, a store credit will be issued.

• Store credit is issued on the purchase price of the item only.

We can only accept returns/exchanges for merchandise purchased on or official website MetalBabeMayhem.com. For all other purchases, please contact the company where you originally purchased the item.  

If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of the original delivery date. We cannot be responsible for items damaged in shipping or by the recipient.
