Punky Meadows and Frank DiMino from ANGEL
Review and Photos by Leah Burlington
I went to see the Punky Meadows and Frank DiMino from ANGEL show last Friday night at Count’s Vamp’d in Las Vegas! Epic History was made and ANGEL fans around the world felt the energy shift in the Universe when the mighty keyboardist Gregg Giuffria joined his old bandmates onstage for the first time, LIVE in 38 years! They played their classic song “The Tower” as an encore and everyone there was shocked and amazed at what they witnessed… Rock history being made in that moment!
This will obviously spark Angel “Reunion” rumors, but it was just a spontaneous moment, as Gregg was in the house to support his old bandmates and got up for a song. He played his ass off and made all the Angel fans that flew out for this show lose their minds!! It was an amazing thing to witness and it was all in all a killer set by these legendary rockers!
